Terms & Conditions

"Company" means Skyage I.T Solutions.

"Client" means any individual or entity that engages the Company’s services.

"Services" include web development, PoS systems, CCTV installation, IT support, data recovery, and related offerings.

The Company agrees to perform the Services set out in the applicable proposal or agreement in accordance with professional standards. All timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

• The Company will only attempt data recovery upon receipt of a valid police report or legal authority document verifying ownership of the device and data.
• The Client must provide proof that the data in question is not illicit, stolen, or subject to third-party rights.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cease any data recovery work if appropriate documentation is not provided or if legal concerns arise.
• The Client acknowledges that data recovery success cannot be guaranteed; all efforts are made in good faith and using industry-standard tools.

All fees are due as set forth in the proposal. Late payments may incur interest of 1.5% per month. The Company may suspend services for overdue accounts.

Upon full payment, the Client shall receive a license to any deliverables. The Company retains all underlying source code and intellectual property rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant Services.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any third‐party claims arising from the Client’s use of the deliverables or any breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Zambia. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration in Lusaka under the rules of the Zambia International Arbitration Centre.

The Company may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on its website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
